The 4th United Nations World Data Forum opened in Hangzhou, the capital of east China's Zhejiang Province, on April 24. The forum will last until Thursday. More than 1,600 representatives from over 130 countries and regions will attend the forum on-site, while online activities will attract more than 8,000 participants. The forum is organized by the United Nations and co-hosted by the National Bureau of Statistics and the government of Zhejiang Province.

舉辦聯(lián)合國世界數(shù)據(jù)論壇是落實2030年可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程的重要舉措。前三屆論壇分別于2017年、2018年和2021年在南非開普敦、阿聯(lián)酋迪拜和瑞士伯爾尼舉辦。4月24日，第四屆聯(lián)合國世界數(shù)據(jù)論壇在浙江杭州開幕。論壇主題口號是“擁抱數(shù)據(jù) 共贏未來”。
首次在亞太區(qū)舉辦的本屆論壇，聚焦四個主題——數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新與合作、挖掘數(shù)據(jù)價值、提高數(shù)據(jù)公信力、構(gòu)建良好數(shù)據(jù)生態(tài)，交流切磋新形勢下統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)生產(chǎn)面臨的新機遇、新挑戰(zhàn)。中國共提交約100個議題，議題總數(shù)占全球總量的四分之一。除了開幕式和閉幕式外，中國國家統(tǒng)計局以“用數(shù)據(jù)決策、用數(shù)據(jù)治理、用數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新的新機遇和新挑戰(zhàn)”為主題舉辦全體會議，聯(lián)合國組織5場其他全體會議。同時，通過圓桌論壇、專家研討、主題演講等多種組織形式，設(shè)置了72場平行會議及學(xué)習(xí)交流等特別活動。本屆論壇還開辟展覽展示區(qū)域，總面積約2000平方米，分為“全球視界、中國智慧統(tǒng)計、數(shù)字浙江、杭州實踐、數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)”5個板塊。
此外，為期四天的論壇將發(fā)布成果《杭州宣言》，呼吁全球統(tǒng)計和數(shù)據(jù)界加快行動，制定與開普敦可持續(xù)發(fā)展全球行動計劃相一致的數(shù)據(jù)管理方法，促進數(shù)據(jù)創(chuàng)新和伙伴關(guān)系，使其能夠滿足社會的需求。并呼吁各國和國際組織盡快并可持續(xù)地增加對數(shù)據(jù)和統(tǒng)計的資金投入。

China supports and implements the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and adheres to a new philosophy of innovative, coordinated, green, open, and shared development. China constantly improves digital infrastructure, strengthens data and statistical capacity building, and actively shares its practice and experience in monitoring the Sustainable Development Goals. China will work with other countries to help promote the implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through "data governance," build an open and win-win international cooperation in the data field, and promote common development and progress of all countries.
